On mobile devices, simply install the Lightroom CC application (the free version is all you need).

On computer (paid version of Lightroom CC or Lightroom Classic) simply download the files and import them into your Lightroom as "presets".

Once purchased, the files can be used over and over again, and modified as you wish.
